Vent alarms

High pressure, disconnects, volumes, and waveforms.

High pressure: bite, kink, secretions, bronchospasm, pneumothorax, low compliance.
Low volume: cuff leak, disconnect, extubation, circuit issue.
Flow-time waveform: look for incomplete exhalation/auto-PEEP.
Call RT early.
